How to Integrate PriceLabs with Vanio AI (formerly FantasticStay)

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in restrictions to Vanio AI for up to 540 days in advance.

Before You Start

Before proceeding with the integration, keep the following in mind:
  1. PriceLabs can only sync with Vanio AI accounts on the Growth tier or higher

Step 1: Prepare Your Airbnb Account

  1. Log in to your Vanio AI account.
  2. Navigate to Settings and copy your API Key



Step 2: Connecting Vanio AI to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Vanio AI from the dropdown.
  4. Paste your Vanio AI API Key in the API Key field then click "Connect"



  5. Once connected, your Vanio AI listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Vanio AI account to verify updates
