How to Integrate PriceLabs with SuperControl
Connecting PriceLabs to SuperControl
While actively
syncing, PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to SuperControl listings for dates up to 540 days from today(for more on
extending your pricing calendar, see our article here). To use PriceLabs with SuperControl, you can follow the simple steps below.
Step 1. To connect your PriceLabs account with SuperControl first, log in to SuperControl and go to Integrations > Price Optimisation > PriceLabs to get your API key. You will then see a prompt with an enable button that you can click to allow the PriceLabs integration for each property. If you don't have starting prices for a property when enabling, you'll be prompted to add them.
Step 2. Log in to PriceLabs, click the "+ Add/Reconnect Listings" button, from the 'PMS / Channel Manager' kindly select 'SuperControl' from the drop-down, enter your API key, then click "Connect" to see your SuperControl listings on your PriceLabs dashboard.

Setting Discounts in SuperControl
Please note that we only send daily prices and min-stays to SuperControl, but if you want weekly discounts or extra person fees, that can be done directly in SuperControl, and these discounts will apply on top of your PriceLabs rates. Click below to learn how to set them in SuperControl.

PriceLabs Rates Not Appearing in SuperControl
There are two rate settings in SuperControl that will override your PriceLabs rates: the property's minimum price and a set special price. Both rates can be adjusted in the property settings in SuperControl by going to Properties > Edit > select property > Settings > Go.
If PriceLabs sends a daily rate below the minimum entered for that property in SuperControl, the rate will be adjusted to your SuperControl minimum. You can adjust your property's set minimum rate to match your PriceLabs minimum (or a rate set with a date-specific override) at the top of the property settings page. Be sure to click "Save" once you've adjusted the rate, then come back to PriceLabs and click the Sync Now! button to update rates in SuperControl.
The last line of the rate tape in SuperControl is for Special Prices; days with a Special Price assigned are denoted with a small square, as shown below. If a Special Price is applied to date, PriceLabs rates will not be used.
Click the date to view the details of your set Special Price.
