While actively syncing PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to Secra listings for dates up to 540 days from today (for more on extending your pricing calendar see our article here), along with check-in and check-out restrictions, and extra guest fees. In order to enable PriceLabs for your Secra account you must first reach out to Secra's support at email@example.com
. From Secra you will get details on how to enable PriceLabs for your account along with your the username, password and authorization code needed to import your listings into PriceLabs.
Connecting to Secra
Step 1. Before connecting to PriceLabs it is also important to make sure your listing has the correct location information set within Secra. Click on "Object data maintenance" on the main menu, and then "Object data"
Step 2. Select the "location" tab and position the marker at your listing's correct location.
Step 3. When you've gotten your account information from Secra support, and your listing's location set, you can then log into PriceLabs, click the "Add your listings" button and enter the information in the appropriate fields. Once you hit "Connect" your Secra listings will be appear on your PriceLabs dashboard!
Now that your Secra listings have been imported into PriceLabs you can head to our Getting Started guide or join one of our Intro to PriceLabs webinars to get an overview of the system and all of the available customizations. When you're happy with your pricing you can toggle the sync switches on for your listings and either wait for our regular nightly sync, or press the Sync Now! button to send prices to Secra immediately.
To see your PriceLabs rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/out restrictions on Secra you can again select "Object data maintenance" and then "Seasons/prices"
