Before You Start

1. Only available for synced listings: At least one listing in the report’s filter must be currently syncing in your PriceLabs account.
2. Same-domain emails only: Reports can only be sent to email addresses that match your account’s domain.
3. Maximum 100 email recipients per schedule
   
4. You can create multiple schedules for the same report template, each with different filters, frequencies, or recipients.
   
5. Report content is identical to what’s in Report Builder — formatting, filters, and values cannot be customized per recipient.
6. Reports are sent in Excel format (.xls)
7. Email delivery occurs at 12:00 AM local time on the selected schedule date.
   
8. Reports are sent from reporting@pricelabs.co
9. Report size limit: Reports larger than 25MB may fail to deliver due to email restrictions. In such cases, contact support.

Steps to Schedule a Report Email

1. Access Report Builder
2. Locate the report you want to schedule. In the Actions column, click the Schedule icon (calendar with a clock).
3. In the modal that appears, choose your preferred schedule:
   
1. Daily
2. Weekly (e.g., every Monday)
3. Monthly (e.g., on the 1st or last day)
4. Annually
5. Custom (e.g., every 3 weeks)
4. Add recipient emails. You can enter up to 100 team emails from the same domain. All recipients will receive the report in BCC.
5. Review or adjust filters: You can customize the listing filters and stay date ranges for this schedule. These will default to the report template’s current settings.
6. Click Save to confirm the schedule. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s active.

Additional Notes

1. Edits or deletions to a schedule will trigger a notification email to all current recipients.
   
2. Email delivery times may vary slightly depending on processing, but all reports are sent on the same day as scheduled.
