How to Integrate PriceLabs with res:harmonics

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to res:harmonics for up to 540 days in advance.

Before You Start

You must request an API key from res:harmonics support by emailing support@resharmonics.com before connecting.
The integration only works if you have one rate plan per property in res:harmonics. Multiple rate plans will prevent the integration from working.

Step 1: Request an API Key from res:harmonics

Before connecting, email support@resharmonics.com to request an API key for PriceLabs. Once you receive your API key, proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Connect res:harmonics to PriceLabs

Log in to your PriceLabs account.
Click the "+ Add/Reconnect Listings" button on your dashboard.
Select 'res:harmonics' from the PMS / Channel Manager drop-down menu.
Paste the API key provided by res:harmonics.
Click "Connect" to complete the integration.

Once connected, your res:harmonics listings will appear in your PriceLabs account.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
Check your res:harmonics account to verify updates

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Issue: Error stating the next 366 days are not available

Cause: Your res:harmonics account may not have daily rates set up or may have multiple rate plans.

Solution:

Ensure you have daily rates set up for at least some dates in res:harmonics.
Confirm that each property has only one rate plan attached.
