How to Integrate PriceLabs with Icnea

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to Icnea for up to 540 days in advance.

Step 1: Prepare Your Icnea Account

  1. Log in to your Icnea account.
  2. Navigate to Connections and click on PriceLabs
  3. Click on "+ Add accommodation" and select all the listings you wish to import to PriceLabs


Step 2: Connecting Icnea to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Icnea from the dropdown.
  4. Add your Icnea Owner ID on the Owner ID field and click Connect



  5. Once connected, your Icnea listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboar

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Icnea account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates will appear in the Price Entry section for each property

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Booking.com Monthly View When Connected Through Icnea

When a Booking.com listing is connected to any API partner—including RMS or PMS platforms—the monthly calendar view in Booking.com becomes unavailable. Users will only be able to access the list view and yearly view of the calendar. This is expected behavior on Booking.com’s side and applies universally to listings integrated via API. More details here.
