How to Integrate with Host

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements and extra person fees to Host properties for up to 365 days. 

Before You Start

Note that for all the rooms to be added successfully to PriceLabs, make sure it is associated with a rate plan.
Child prices have to be managed via Host only. PriceLabs will push prices only for adults

Step 1: Getting the Host property key

To use PriceLabs, you must contact their dedicated Host Account Manager and undergo the interface activation process to obtain the property key.

Step 2: Connecting Host to Pricelabs

Once you have the credentials, 
  1. Log in to PriceLabs
  2. Click "Add Your Listings" or "Add/Reconnect Listings"
  3. Select Host and paste the property key

Your Host properties (each room type as a separate listing) will now appear on the PriceLabs dashboard, ready for customization and syncing.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Host account to verify updates
