How to Integrate with Host

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements and extra person fees to Host properties for up to 365 days. 

Before You Start

  1. Note that for all the rooms to be added successfully to PriceLabs, make sure it is associated with a rate plan.
  2. Child prices have to be managed via Host only. PriceLabs will push prices only for adults

If you are using HeyTravel, kindly reach out to your account manager at Host to set up a two-way connection between Host and HeyTravel. PriceLabs will read and sync prices & restrictions only via Host.

Step 1: Getting the Host property key

To use PriceLabs, you must contact their dedicated Host Account Manager and undergo the interface activation process to obtain the property key.

Step 2: Connecting Host to Pricelabs

Once you have the credentials, 
  1. Log in to PriceLabs
  2. Click "Add Your Listings" or "Add/Reconnect Listings"
  3. Select Host and paste the property key

Your Host properties (each room type as a separate listing) will now appear on the PriceLabs dashboard, ready for customization and syncing.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Set up
  3. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  4. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  5. Check your Host account to verify updates

Rate Plan Offset Adjustments

Upon the first import of a property, the first-rate plan will be set as the default. To ensure that your minimum stay restrictions and the extra person fee setup are synced to Host, set "Prices and Restrictions" as your 'Update Type'. See steps below.

Changing and Reviewing the Default Rate Plan

  1. Access your listing's Pricing Calendar
  2. On the right-side panel, locate "Rate Plan Customization" and click the "eye" icon to access the customization screen



  3. In the customization screen, you can select a different default rate plan and apply adjustments. These adjustments can be set as a fixed amount or percentage to the rate plans. There are 3 options under 'Update Type':
    • Price and Restrictions: Updates both the price and restrictions for the rate plan. Choose this for your Host listing(s).
    • Price: Updates only the daily price.
    • None: Skips the rate plan entirely.



  4. Click "Save Rate Plans" to save and apply your changes.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Missing Rates



If a listing is imported to PriceLabs but cannot sync, and the above error message is displayed, ensure to set a Base Price for your listing to resolve the error.
