How to Integrate PriceLabs with Yanolja Cloud Solution (eZee)

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay, check in/out restrictions to Yanolja Cloud Solution (eZee) for up to 365 days in advance.

Before You Start

  1. We will refer to Yanolja Cloud Solution (eZee) as YCS in this article.
  2. Before proceeding with the integration, keep the following in mind:
    1. Default rates are sent when a rate plan is first configured. A 0 rate cannot be configured. If no rate plan is available, no rate data will be available.

    2. Rate plans

      PriceLabs updates only Master or Independent rate plans in YCS. It does not update Derived rate plans.

      A derived rate plan in YCS follows its master plan. YCS does not allow that plan to be changed directly. If a derived plan is imported into PriceLabs, rate sync for that plan will not apply. Update the master plan in YCS instead — the derived plan will follow it.

      Before connecting, set the plan you want PriceLabs to control as a Master or Independent rate plan in YCS, not as a Derived plan.

      Rates are sent and received only for the OTA Common Pool source.

    3. The Rates and Reservations are provided via Webhooks. This means PriceLabs cannot fetch these on demand and are provided as per the updates in YCS.
    4. Historical Reservations are not provided by YCS.
    5. "Number of Bedrooms" are not provided and must be provided/updated within PriceLabs.

    6. For non-hotel properties, the Location Coordinates of each listing may be incorrect as YCS does not provide latitude and longitude for each listing. These need to be added manually in PriceLabs after import.

Step 1: Prepare Your YCS Account

  1. Reach out to YCS support center (https://yanoljacloudsolution.com/support) and raise a ticket to enable the connection with PriceLabs. This is a mandatory step and a new Auth Key/API Key will be generated by YCS and provided to you.
  2. Once enabled move to Step 2 and follow all the steps.
  3. On the previous ticket raise a request to enable the Rates and Reservations webhook for all the properties imported in PriceLabs. This is required to push the initial rates from YCS to PriceLabs.
  4. Once the YCS team enables the Rates webhook, the rates shall be available in PriceLabs.
  5. Go to Step 3.

Step 2: Connecting YCS to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Yanolja Cloud Solution (eZee) from the dropdown.



  4. Enter the YCS Hotel Code and Hotel Auth Key/API key in the fields shown above.
  5. Click "Connect with Yanolja Cloud Solution (eZee)" and the rooms will be imported in PriceLabs.
  6. This will import all the Rooms/Listings from YCS into PriceLabs.
  7. Once the Rooms are imported, please go to Point 3 of Step 1 above.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. PriceLabs pushes base rates only to the OTA Common Pool, and only for Master or Independent rate plans. Derived rate plans are not updated. Check the master plan in YCS to confirm the sync.
  5. Check your YCS account to verify updates.
