How to Integrate PriceLabs with WebReady

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, weekly and monthly discounts, and extra person fees to WebReady for up to 365 days in advance.

Before You Start

Before proceeding with the integration, keep the following in mind:
  1. PriceLabs integration is only available for users on the WebReady Agent Plan or higher.
  2. Listings under 1 WebReady account cannot be split into multiple PriceLabs accounts
  3. Listings from WebReady connect to PriceLabs through Tokeet integration.
  4. Any existing rates in Tokeet will be overwritten by the rates pushed from PriceLabs.
  5. PriceLabs rates are now supported on WebReady Websites, so your site will reflect the updated pricing.

  6. WebReady only supports a 1-year pricing calendar, which cannot be extended.

Step 1: Connecting WebReady to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "WebReady" from the dropdown.



  4. Click "Connect with WebReady" and you will be redirected to Tokeet's website to authorize PriceLabs to pull your properties. Log in to your WebReady account and click "Continue" to confirm.



  5. Once connected, your WebReady listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 2: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your WebReady account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates will appear in the Rates Table as shown below:

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Refreshing PriceLabs Rates on Your WebReady Calendar

If your PriceLabs rates aren’t appearing on the WebReady calendar, try a manual refresh:
  1. Go to the Base Rate Settings for the rental and click Save.
  2. Open the Rates Table, click on one of your PriceLabs rates, and click Save again.
  3. Finally, refresh your browser page to view the updated rates.
