How to Integrate PriceLabs with WebHotelier

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements and extra person fees to WebHotelier properties for up to 365 days. 

Before You Start

1. Child prices have to be managed via WebHotelier only. PriceLabs will push prices only for adults
   
2. PriceLabs will import only the parent rate-plans. Derived (child) rate plan prices are calculated automatically based on modifiers configured in the WebHotelier platform

Step 1: Getting the WebHotelier property key

To use PriceLabs, you must contact WebHotelier Sales Team (sales@webhotelier.net) and undergo the interface activation process to obtain an API Account.

Step 2: Connecting WebHotelier to Pricelabs

Once you have the credentials, 

1. Log in to PriceLabs
2. Click "Add Your Listings" or "Add/Reconnect Listings"
3. Select WebHotelier and paste the Username, Password and your property key provided by WebHotelier
   

Your WebHotelier properties (each room type as a separate listing) will now appear on the PriceLabs dashboard, ready for customization and syncing.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing prices

1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
   
2. Set up
3. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
4. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
5. Check your WebHotelier account to verify updates
