How to Integrate PriceLabs with vOffice

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay to vOffice for up to 365 days in advance.

Step 1: Obtain your workspace Key 

  1. Navigate to Apps
  2. Search for PriceLabs
  3. Click on settings icon to your right
  4. Copy the Workspace Id 

Step 2: Connecting vOffice to PriceLabs

  1. Log in to your PriceLabs account.
  2. Click Add your listings on your PriceLabs Dashboard.
  3. On the Add/Reconnect Listings window.
  4. Select vOffice from the dropdown menu.
  5. Enter your vOffice workspace ID in the text box.
  6. Click Connect.
Notes: 
  1. Any dates previously restricted or marked unbookable due to missing rates will be overridden and made bookable for the upcoming 365-day window.
  2. If a date range cannot accommodate a reservation because the minimum stay requirement conflicts with an adjacent booking, those affected dates will become entirely unbookable.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Review your rates and settings in PriceLabs.
  2. Continue to set up your listings following the Getting Started guide.
  3. Enable Sync Prices to allow automatic nightly syncing or click Sync Now to push updates immediately.
