How to Integrate PriceLabs with SympleHost
PriceLabs can send Rates, Minumum stay, Check-in/out restrictions, Monthly and Weekly discounts to SympleHost for up to 365 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting SympleHost to PriceLabs
- Log into PriceLabs.
- Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Re-Import Listings" (if you already have listings).
- Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose SympleHost from the dropdown.
- Tick the checkbox to "Allow SympleHost to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.
Step 2: Connect & set up in SympleHost
- Log in to your SympleHost account and navigate to settings from the profile icon
- Click on Integrations and Click on Connect PriceLabs
- Enter your PriceLabs registered email address
- Upon successful connection, click on Manage
- Click on Add listings to connect your listings with PriceLabs
Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices
- Review your rates and settings in PriceLabs.
- Continue to set up your listings following the Getting Started guide.
- Enable Sync Prices to allow automatic nightly syncing or click Sync Now to push updates immediately.
