How to Integrate PriceLabs with SympleHost

PriceLabs can send Rates, Minumum stay, Check-in/out restrictions, Monthly and Weekly discounts to SympleHost for up to 365 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting SympleHost to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Re-Import Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose SympleHost from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow SympleHost to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.


Step 2: Connect & set up in SympleHost

  1. Log in to your SympleHost account and navigate to settings from the profile icon
  2. Click on Integrations and Click on Connect PriceLabs
  3. Enter your PriceLabs registered email address
  4. Upon successful connection, click on Manage
  5. Click on Add listings to connect your listings with PriceLabs

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Review your rates and settings in PriceLabs.
  2. Continue to set up your listings following the  Getting Started guide.
  3. Enable Sync Prices to allow automatic nightly syncing or click Sync Now to push updates immediately.
