How to Integrate PriceLabs with SuperHote
Connecting PriceLabs to SuperHote
When successfully syncing rates to SuperHote listings, PriceLabs can update daily rates and minimum stay requirements. It only takes few minutes to connect your SuperHote account to PriceLabs, we have detailed the steps for connecting your SuperHote listings with PriceLabs below.
Step 1 : Create a PriceLabs account and Add your listings
Once in your PriceLabs account, click on the upper left grey button “+ Add/Reconnect Listings”
A popup window will appear and click 'PMS / Channel Manager' tab from the drop-down menu search for “SuperHote”.
Then be sure to check “Allow SuperHote to add listings to your PriceLabs account”
Then click Save
Step 2 : Properly setup your listing in SuperHote (12 months minimum pricing and GPS coordinates)
Go in your SuperHote account and be sure to setup prices for the 12 upcoming months for each listings you want to connect with PriceLabs. (PriceLabs needs to detect that listings have pricing set for at least 12 months)
Go on the listing page in SuperHote, then on the “Website” tab, to properly setup the GPS coordinates for each listing.
Step 3 : Connect SuperHote & PriceLabs
Now go on the listing page in SuperHote, then on “Services” tab and fill the email of your PriceLabs account, then save
Note: API access is not necessary if you're only integrating your SuperHote to PriceLabs. This is only needed if you'd like to set overrides directly on SuperHote. See more details on this below.Step 4 : Finish the setup of your listing in PriceLabs
Now you can go in your PriceLabs account, click on “Review Prices” for the apartment you want to setup, then set a minimum and base price
To save your settings, click on "Save & Refresh. When you're satisfied with the rates on your PriceLabs calendar, you can toggle on the sync switches for your listing(s) and wait for our regular nightly sync, click "Sync Now!" to send prices immediately for individual listings or go to the Customizations page to sync your entire account at once.
From now, your dynamic prices calculated by PriceLabs will be sent to Superhote on a daily basis.
Once you have successfully imported your listings, you can go through our Getting Started guide or join one of our live onboarding training sessions during office hours to get a good overview of the system and all of the available customizations.
Setting overrides directly on SuperHote
If you'd like to set overrides directly on SuperHote then you'd need to send a request to support@pricelabs.co to enable the Customer API access for your account. Once enabled, just input your PriceLabs API key on SuperHote (under the Services tab).
Important Note: Enabling the Customer API access will incur you an additional $1 for each of your syncing listings.Related Articles
