How to Integrate PriceLabs with SuiteClerk

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-out restrictions to SuiteClerk for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting SuiteClerk to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "SuiteClerk" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow SuiteClerk to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in SuiteClerk

  1. Log in to your SuiteClerk account and open the chat box.
  2. Raise a request to enable PriceLabs connection, indicating the following:
    1. Your registered PriceLabs email address
    2. Listings you wish to import to PriceLabs



  3. The SuiteClerk Support Team will confirm the connection is established via the chat box
  4. Once connected, your SuiteClerk listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your SuiteClerk account to verify updates
