How to Integrate PriceLabs with StayNow365

PriceLabs can send daily ratesminimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-out restrictions to StayNow365 for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Search And Stay to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "StayNow365" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow StayNow365 to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.


Step 2: Connect & Setup in StayNow365

  1. Log in to your StayNow365 account
  2. Enable PriceLabs in StayNow365
    1. Navigate to Settings → API Token




    2. Locate PriceLabs and click Edit



    3. Enter your registered PriceLabs email address then click Save



  3. Mapping & Verification
    1. Open Host StayNow365 and go to Host Listing.
    2. Click the Sync PriceLabs button for all properties you wish to import to PriceLabs



    3. Once connected, your HostPlatform listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your StayNow365 account to verify updates
    1. To force sync the calendar for a property, go to Host StayNow365 → Calendar → select the property. Click 'Force Sync Whole Calendar Again' to manually resynchronize the calendar with PriceLabs, as shown below.
