How to Integrate PriceLabs with StayNow365

When successfully syncing rates to StayNow365 listings, PriceLabs can update daily rates, min-stay restrictions & Check-in/Check-out restrictions.  It only takes a few minutes to connect your StayNow365 account to PriceLabs, we have detailed the steps for connecting your StayNow365listings with PriceLabs below:

Importing StayNow365 listings in PriceLabs: 

Step 1 : Create a PriceLabs account and Add your listings

Once in your PriceLabs account, click on the upper left gray button “+ Add/Reconnect listings”

A popup window will appear and offer you to choose your PMS within the list. Search for “StayNow365”. Then be sure to check “Allow StayNow365 to add listings to your PriceLabs account”. Then click Save

Step 2: Connect & setup in StayNow365 account

a) Once you have setup your account on PriceLabs, visit https://www.staynow365.com and select 'Login' to access your

StayNow365 account. If you don’t have an account, please proceed to ‘Sign Up’

b) Once logged in, navigate to the Settings section.

c) Select the </> API Token option

d) Click the edit button, enter the API Token, and then click Save. Note: API Token is your PriceLabs login email ID. 

e) The API registration process for the PriceLabs API Token is now completed.

Step 3: Mapping & Verification in StayNow365:

1. Open Host StayNow365 and go to Host Listing. 
2. Identify the property for PriceLabs synchronization and click 'Sync PriceLabs'.
   
   
3. StayNow365 will synchronize the property details and calendar with PriceLabs.
   
4. Listed below are the properties already synced with PriceLabs, showing a sync status as 'Please Turn On sync in PriceLabs'
   
5. Hosts can view guest reservation details in StayNow365 by navigating to Host StayNow365 → Reservation → and selecting 'Sync PriceLabs Reservation’.
    
6. The sync status will display as 'Complete Sync PriceLabs Reservation' as shown below:
   
7. To cancel a reservation, hosts need to navigate to Host StayNow365 → Reservation → and select the Cancel button. When the cancellation is successful, StayNow365 will transmit the cancellation details to PriceLabs.
   
8. To force sync the calendar for a property, go to Host StayNow365 → Calendar → select the property. Click 'Force Sync Whole Calendar Again' to manually resynchronize the calendar with PriceLabs, as shown below.
   

Step 4 : Finish the setup of your listing in PriceLabs

Now you can go into your PriceLabs account, click on “Review Prices” for the listing you want to set up, then set a minimum and base price.

To save your settings, click on "Save & Refresh. When you're satisfied with the rates on your PriceLabs calendar, you can toggle on the sync switches for your listing(s) and wait for our regular nightly sync, click "Sync Now!" to send prices immediately for individual listings or go to the Customizations page to sync your entire account at once.
