How to Integrate PriceLabs with Staykit

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to Staykit for up to 365 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Staykit to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "Staykit" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Staykit to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.


Step 2: Connect & Setup in Staykit

Note: The Staykit account should be present on the Pro plan (dynamic pricing is a Pro feature), with at least one listing set up.
  1. In Staykit, open the listing you want PriceLabs to price and go to its Pricing tab → Pricing automation → the External pricing card → Connect next to PriceLabs.
  2. Enter the email address you sign in to PriceLabs with — that’s how PriceLabs identifies your account to Staykit. Staykit verifies the account with PriceLabs before anything is linked; if the email doesn’t match a PriceLabs account with Staykit added as its PMS, the connection is refused with an explanation.
  3. The connection is made once per Staykit workspace — every listing can then use it.
  4. On the listing’s Pricing tab, in the External pricing card, choose PriceLabs as the listing’s price source.
  5. Staykit immediately sends the listing, its calendar, and its reservation history to PriceLabs. The listing appears in your PriceLabs dashboard, ready to configure.
  6. Days priced by PriceLabs are labeled “Priced by PriceLabs” in the Staykit calendar, so it’s always clear where a number came from.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Staykit account to verify updates.

Additional Setup Options/Features Supported

If you'd like to manage pricing overrides directly within Staykit, you can "Pin" the prices for specific days in the Staykit Calendar. The pinned prices are not overwritten by PriceLabs. 
To allow the price updates again, "Unpin" the prices in the Staykit Calendar.
