How to Integrate PriceLabs with Stayhub

PriceLabs can send daily rates to Stayhub for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Stayhub to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Stayhub from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Stayhub to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.



Step 2: Connect & Setup in Stayhub

  1. Launch the StayHub host application and log in with your credentials.
  2. From the main dashboard, go to the Listings section.
  3. Tap on the property you want to activate PriceLabs for. You will see listing details like name, photo, and city.
  4. Click on the Edit Rate Plan button. This will open the screen where your rate settings and channel pricing plans are shown. 
  5. Toggle the switch next to “Enable Dynamic Pricing” to ON (green). This will activate PriceLabs for that listing. 

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Stayhub account to verify updates
