How to Integrate PriceLabs with Stay'Core

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay and check in/out requirements to Stay'Core for up to 720 days in advance.

Before You Start
1. Once PriceLabs is connected with Stay'Core, the price and restriction updates should be done only in PricLabs.

2. Pre-requisites for Step 2 are:
  1. Full Address should be provided for the property in Stay'Core.
  2. If a property has no price, Stay'Core asks for a base nightly price before it can be connected.

Step 1: Connecting Stay'Core to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Re-Import Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "Stay'Core" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Stay'Core to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Stay'Core

  1. Log in to your Stay'Core account.
  2. Navigate to Marketplace > PriceLabs      

  3. Enter your PriceLabs email.                             
     
  4. Select the properties (for connection) and click on the "Relier" button.     
     

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings. 
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Stay'Core account to verify updates
