How to Integrate PriceLabs with Smart Order

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-out restrictions to SmartOrder for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Smart Order to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose SmartOrder from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow SmartOrder to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.



Step 2: Connect & Setup in Smart Order

  1. Login to your SmartOrder account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → PriceLabs and click the "Configure" button

  3. Enter your PriceLabs registered email address and click "Done"



  4. Click on the "Add" button and select the room type and rate plan you want to use with PriceLabs for pricing management. Then click "Done"



  5. Your selected room types will appear on the list as shown below.



  6. Once connected, your Smart Order listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Smart Order account to verify updates
