How to Integrate PriceLabs with Search And Stay

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, check-in/check-out restrictions, and extra person fees to Search And Stay for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Search And Stay to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "Search And Stay" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Search And Stay to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.


Step 2: Connect & Setup in Search And Stay

  1. Log in to your Search And Stay as an Account Management user



  2. Navigate to Integrations → PriceLabs



  3. Enter your registered PriceLabs email address and click Connect



  4. Once the properties load, enable the PriceLabs Enable Connection toggle for each listing you wish to import to PriceLabs



  5. Once connected, your Search And Stay listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Search And Stay account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates will appear under Account Details → Dashboard as shown below



    2. To view your minimum stay requirements, click on the clock icon on each date tile
