How to Integrate PriceLabs with RRG Deals

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay and check in/out requirements to RRG Deals for up to 365 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting RRG Deals to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Re-import Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "RRG Deals" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow RRG Deals to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in RRG Deals

  1. Log in to your RRG Deals account.
  2. Under Partner integration, choose the cabin from the dropdown and Click Register with PriceLabs.
    1. Note: Only eligible cabins are listed: a cabin whose calendar is mastered by an external PMS is excluded, because that PMS would overwrite the recommended price. The dropdown also flags any cabin missing a cleaning fee or coordinates, so the gap is visible before registering rather than never.

  3. Clicking Add to PriceLabs registers the cabin and sends its calendar and full reservation history. 
  4. After Add to PriceLabs the cabin shows Setting up and lists what is still needed: base, minimum and maximum, turning PriceLabs sends prices on, and PriceLabs' first prices.
     

  5. Then you will see switch pricing on, which is the per-cabin arm step. Once ON, prices reach the calendar and channels. 

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Startedguide to set up your listings. 
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
