How to Integrate PriceLabs with RoomSoft

PriceLabs can send rates, minimum stay settings, and check-in/check-out restrictions to your RoomSoft listings for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Add Your Listings to PriceLabs

  1. Log in to your PriceLabs account.
  2. Click the "+ Add/Reconnect Listings" button in the upper left.
  3. A popup window will appear—search for "RoomSoft" in the list.
  4. Check "Allow RoomSoft to add listings to your PriceLabs account."
  5. Click "Save."

Step 2: Connect & Set Up in RoomSoft

  1. Email info@roomsoft.hu to request the connection.
  2. Set up prices at least 1 year ahead (bulk update is available).
  3. After setting prices, start the connection process following the screenshot below.

  4. Check prices and restrictions in Calendar View in RoomSoft.

Notes:

  • If you modify prices in RoomSoft, they will be automatically synced to PriceLabs and your channel managers.
  • If you update price, minimum stay, or check-in/check-out rules in PriceLabs, RoomSoft will refresh all data automatically. You can check the last sync event in RoomSoft.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your RoomSoft account to verify updates
