Before You Start

To connect your property to PriceLabs via RoomCloud, you must submit a connection request directly from your RoomCloud account.

1. Click on your profile=>Property List and copy the Property code. This will be required for importing the room types of the property in PriceLabs. If you have multiple properties, then each property code will have to be noted as you can import one property at a time.                                                                                                                                 
   
2. Click on Property on the left menu=>Property Details=>Detail tab and scroll down to locate the property location. Copy and take a note of Latitude & Longitude. 

Without these, you will not be able to import your properties.

Step 2: Connect RoomCloud to PriceLabs

1. Once the Revenue Management module is enabled, log in to your PriceLabs account.
   
2. Click the "Add your listings" or "Add/Reconnect Listings" button.
   
3. Select "RoomCloud" from the dropdown menu.
   
4. Enter your Hotel ID and property Latitude & Longitude.
   
5. Click "Connect"
   

Step 3: Set Up Rate Plan Offset Adjustments

PriceLabs can update all base rate plans in RoomCloud for a property. However, you must set a default rate plan:

1. By default, the first rate plan received from RoomCloud is set as the default.
   
2. You can change the default rate plan in the "Rate Plan Customization" screen in PriceLabs.

To adjust rate plans:

1. Access your listing's Pricing Calendar
   
2. On the right-side panel, locate "Rate Plan Customization" and click the "eye" icon to access the customization screen
   
3. Specify an adjustment as a fixed amount or percentage.
   
4. Choose from three options:
   
1. "Price and Restrictions": Updates both daily prices and minimum stays.
2. "Price": Updates only the daily price.
3. "None": Skips the rate plan entirely.
