How to Integrate PriceLabs with RoomAdmin

PriceLabs can send rates, minimum stay settings, and check-in/check-out restrictions to your RoomAdmin listings for up to 365 days in advance.

Step 1:  Add Your Listings to PriceLabs

  1. Log in to your PriceLabs account.
  2. Click the "+ Add/Reconnect Listings" button in the upper left.
  3. A popup window will appear—search for "RoomAdmin" in the list.
  4. Check "Allow RoomAdmin to add listings to your PriceLabs account."
  5. Click "Save."

Step 2: Contact RoomAdmin Support

  • Reach out to RoomAdmin Support to enable the PriceLabs connection for your account.
  • Once enabled, all existing listings will be automatically imported into PriceLabs.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your RoomAdmin account to verify updates
