How to Integrate PriceLabs with RNS

When actively syncing with RNS, PriceLabs can send rates, minimum stay and extra person fees to your listings for dates up to 540 days from today (for more on extending your pricing calendar, see our article here). 

Steps to carry out before importing your RNS listings

All units that you want to sync to PriceLabs need to be set to “Use Daily Rates.” This option can be found on the unit’s main pod. 

If you want to "Use same unit and web" rate tables, please ensure to check the corresponding box.

Please ensure that the "RNS API - PriceLabs" option under the Distribution tab is checked.

Kindly reach out to your RNS support to get your RNS Client ID and Secret.

Integrating RNS with your PriceLabs account is simple and can be done by following these simple steps: 

1. Once you have your RNS Client ID and Secret handy, head over to your PriceLabs account, click the "Add your listings" or  "Add/Reconnect listings" button, select RNS from the drop down.

2. Enter your RNS Client ID and RNS Client Secret and click on 'Connect'.

You should see your RNS listings on your PriceLabs dashboard!

Click through our Getting Started Guide, or join one of our Intro to PriceLabs Live Training Sessions to get a good tour of the system. When you're happy with your rates, you can toggle the sync switches to the green on position and wait for our regular nightly sync, or press the Sync Now button to push your rates to RNS.
