How to Integrate PriceLabs with RNS

PriceLabs can send rates, minimum stay settings, and extra person fees to your listings for dates up to 540 days in advance.

Step 1: Prepare Your RNS Listings

Before importing your listings into PriceLabs, ensure the following:

  1. Enable "Use Daily Rates" for all units you want to sync.
    1. This option is found on the unit’s main pod in RNS.
    2. If you want to "Use same unit and web" rate tables, check the corresponding box.
  2. Enable API access by checking "RNS API - PriceLabs" under the Distribution tab.

Step 2: Contact RNS Support

  • Reach out to RNS Support to request your RNS Client ID and Secret—you’ll need these to complete the integration.

Step 3: Connect RNS to PriceLabs

  1. Log in to your PriceLabs account.
  2. Click "Add your listings" or "Add/Reconnect Listings".
  3. Select "RNS" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Enter your RNS Client ID and RNS Client Secret.
  5. Click "Connect"—our RNS listings should now appear in your PriceLabs dashboard!

Step 4: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your RNS account to verify updates
