PriceLabs can send rates and minimum stay settings for both single and multi-unit RMS listings for up to 365 days in advance.

Before You Start

Before importing your RMS properties into PriceLabs, you must:

1. Contact RMS support to enable the Revenue Management module for your account.
   
2. Request your RMS Client ID and password to use for the integration.

Without these, you will not be able to import your properties.

Step 1: Connect RMS to PriceLabs

1. Once the Revenue Management module is enabled, log in to your PriceLabs account.
   
2. Click the "Add your listings" or "Add/Reconnect Listings" button.
   
3. Select "RMS Cloud" from the dropdown menu.
   
4. Enter your RMS Client ID and password.
   
5. Click "Connect"
   
   

Step 2: Set Up Rate Plan Offset Adjustments

PriceLabs can update all base rate plans in RMS for a property. However, you must set a default rate plan:

1. By default, the first rate plan received from RMS is set as the default.
   
2. You can change the default rate plan in the "Rate Plan Customization" screen in PriceLabs.

To adjust rate plans:

1. Access your listing's Pricing Calendar
   
2. On the right-side panel, locate "Rate Plan Customization" and click the "eye" icon to access the customization screen
   
3. Specify an adjustment as a fixed amount or percentage.
   
4. Choose from three options:
   
1. "Price and Restrictions": Updates both daily prices and minimum stays.
2. "Price": Updates only the daily price.
3. "None": Skips the rate plan entirely.
