How to Integrate PriceLabs with Resly

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay restrictions, including check in and check out restrictions, to Resly  for up to 540 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Resly to PriceLabs

  1. Log in to PriceLabs.
  2. Click the "+ Add/Reconnect Listings" button in the upper-left corner.
  3. In the popup window, search for "Resly" from the PMS list.
  4. Check "Allow Resly to add listings to your PriceLabs account."
  5. Click "Save."

Step 2: Connect & Setup in

  1. Log in to your Resly account.
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations → PriceLabs.

  3. Click New Listing.

  4. Enter your PriceLabs email ID into the User Token field.

  5. Fill in the Listing Details, including:
    • Status
    • Room Type
    • Rate Plan
    • Address
      • To populate Latitude and Longitude, select the address from the dropdown.
  6. Select the number of Bedrooms.

  7. Click "Save."
  8. Repeat steps 1- 7 for all the listings you wish to add.
  9. Once done, head back to Settings → Integrations → PriceLabs and click "Sync Calendar.. 
    1. If syncing issues occur, click "Sync Calendar" again.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Resly account to verify updates

Additional Setup Options/Features Supported

Changes in the total unit count of any Resly listing 

Whenever there are changes in the total number of units in Resly, it needs to be manually synced to PriceLabs. Head over to Integrations on your Resly account, and click Sync Calendar for PriceLabs as shown on the image below:

Listing Name Change

Follow these steps to update your listing name in Resly and PriceLabs:
  1. In Resly, navigate to Settings → General → Listing → Edit, then update the listing name.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Integration → PriceLabs → find the listing → Edit → Save.

Check-in & Check-out
