How to Integrate PriceLabs with Resly

When successfully syncing rates to Resly listings, PriceLabs can update daily rates, and minimum stay restrictions.  It only takes a few minutes to connect your Resly account to PriceLabs, we have detailed the steps for connecting your Resly listings with PriceLabs below:

Importing Resly listings into PriceLabs: 

Step 1: Create a PriceLabs account and Add your listings

Once in your PriceLabs account, click on the upper left gray button “+ Add/Reconnect listings”

A popup window will appear and offer you to choose your PMS within the list. Search for “Resly”. Then be sure to check “Allow Resly to add listings to your PriceLabs account”. Then click Save

Step 2: Log into Resly and navigate to Integrations

Log into your Resly account and navigate to Settings > Integrations > PriceLabs

Step 3: Create a New Listing

1. Click Create New Listing and enter your PriceLabs email ID into User Token.
   
   
   
   
2. Then fill in the Listing Details with the Status, Room Type, Rate Plan and Address.
   

   

   Note: To populate the latitude and longitude, select the address from the drop-down box

   
   

   
   
   
3. Select the number of Bedrooms
   
   
   
   
4. Then click "Save"
   

Note: Repeat these steps until all listings are added.

Step 4: Sync your listing

Once all the listings have been entered, click "Sync Calendar"

Note: If you are having any issues with syncing between Resly and Pricelabs after adding the listings, click Sync Calendar one more time

Step 5: Finish the setup of your listing in PriceLabs

Now you can go into your PriceLabs account, click on “Review Prices” for the listing you want to set up, then set a minimum and base price. To save your settings, click on "Save & Refresh.

When you're satisfied with the rates on your PriceLabs calendar, you can toggle on the sync switches for your listing(s) and wait for our regular nightly sync, click "Sync Now!" to send prices immediately for individual listings or go to the Customizations page to sync your entire account at once.
