How to Integrate PriceLabs with Rentalls

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to Rentalls for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting MisterBooking to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "Rentalls" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Rentalls to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Rentalls

  1. Log in to your Rentalls account.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations
  3. Locate PriceLabs and click on Enable



  4. Enter your registered PriceLabs email address and click on Save changes



  5. Once connected, your Rentalls listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Rentalls account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates and minimum stay requirements will appear under Rate Plans as shown below
