How to Integrate PriceLabs with Pass The Keys Connect

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to Pass The Keys Connect for up to 720 days in advance.

Before You Start

  • Each property and location must be activated separately in Pass The Keys Connect.
  • Steps done in Pass The Keys Connect MUST be done in correct order. Be sure to follow the guide step by step.

Step 1: Creating a PriceLabs Account & Adding Listings

  1. Log in to your PriceLabs account.
  2. Click + Add/Reconnect Listings in the upper left corner.
  3. In the pop-up window, search for Pass The Keys Connect in the PMS list.
  4. Check Allow Pass The Keys Connect to add listings to your PriceLabs account.
  5. Click Save
    .

Step 2: Connecting & Setting Up in Pass The Keys Connect

Follow the following steps in correct order.

A. One-Time Location Setup

  1. Log in to Pass The Keys Connect.
  2. Click Locations in the top menu.
  3. Select a location where you want to enable PriceLabs.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the location page and click Edit.
  5. Enter your PriceLabs registered email ID and click Save.

Note: This setup must be completed for each location in Pass The Keys Connect.

B. Activating a Property

  1. Log in to Pass The Keys Connect.
  2. Navigate to the Property Page via:
    1. Search bar
    2. Portfolio > Properties > Select the property from the list
  3. Scroll down and click Edit Property in the left menu.
  4. In the Availability & Pricing section:
    1. Locate the Pricing Source field.
    2. Select PriceLabs from the dropdown list.
    3. Scroll down and click Save.
  5. Confirm that PriceLabs is now listed as the pricing lead for the property.

Note: This step must be completed for each property you want to sync with PriceLabs.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Pass The Keys Connect account to verify updates
