How to Integrate PriceLabs with Pass The Keys Connect

When syncing rates to Pass The Keys Connect listings, PriceLabs can update daily rates and minimum stays for up to 720 days. Connecting your Pass The Keys Connect account to PriceLabs is quick and straightforward — the process takes just a few minutes. Below, we've provided detailed steps to help you get started.

Step 1: Create a PriceLabs account and add your listings.

Once in your PriceLabs account, click on the upper left gray button “+ Add/Reconnect listings”

A popup window will appear and offer you to choose your PMS within the list. Search for “Pass The Keys Connect”. Then be sure to check “Allow Pass The Keys Connect to add listings to your PriceLabs account”. Then click 'Save'.

Step 2: Connect & setup in Pass The Keys Connect account:

The steps must be carried out in the order indicated.

a. One time set up

Log in to Pass The Key Connect and click on Locations on the top menu

For each location that you wish to enable PriceLabs for, select the location, 

scroll to the bottom of the location page, and click on Edit

Scroll down, and provide your PriceLabs registered email ID and click on Save.

The above process to set up the email ID should be carried out for each location in Pass The Keys Connect.

b. Activating a property

In order to connect a property with PriceLabs, following steps need to be followed in Pass The Keys Connect. 

This step should be carried out for every property the user wants to activate with PriceLabs.

Log in to Pass The Keys Connect and navigate to the Property Page (Search Bar or via the Portfolio => Properties => Select property from list)

Scroll down on the Property Page and click on the Edit Property button in the left menu as shown:

Once in the edit mode, scroll to the Availability & Pricing section. In the Pricing Source field, click on the down arrow and select PriceLabs from the list, scroll down and press Save.

After the above step, scroll to the Availability & Pricing section to confirm that PriceLabs has been updated as the pricing lead for the property.

Step 3 : Finish the setup of your listing in PriceLabs

Now you can go into your PriceLabs account, click on “Review Prices” for the listing you want to set up, then set a minimum and base price.

To save your settings, click on "Save & Refresh. When you're satisfied with the rates on your PriceLabs calendar, you can toggle on the sync switches for your listing(s) and wait for our regular nightly sync, click "Sync Now!" to send prices immediately for individual listings or go to the Customizations page to sync your entire account at once.
