How to Integrate PriceLabs with Net2rent

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-out restrictions to Net2rent for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Net2rent to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "Net2rent" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Net2rent to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save. 

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Net2rent

  1. Log in to your Net2rent account
  2. Enable PriceLabs in Net2rent
    1. Navigate to Configuration → Integrations



    2. Click on the "Connect" to initiate a new integration
      1. If you have previously connected with PriceLabs, you will see PriceLabs on the list of connected integrations

    3. Locate PriceLabs and click Connect



    4. On the pop-up, enter your registered PriceLabs email address and click Connect



  3. Configure connection settings
    1. On the Integrations page, locate PriceLabs and click View



    2. Select Rates
      1. On the Rates section, click on Change Rates



      2. Choose the Rate you wish to sync with PriceLabs then click Select Rates



    3. Choose listings to import to PriceLabs
      1. On the Lodgings section, click on Change Lodgings



      2. Tick the box of each listing you wish to import to PriceLabs then click Select Lodgings



  4. Once connected, your Net2rent listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Net2rent account to verify updates
