How to Integrate PriceLabs with Net2rent

When successfully syncing rates to Net2rent listings, PriceLabs can update daily rates, minimum stays and check-in/check-out restrictions for up to 720 days.  It only takes a few minutes to connect your Net2rent account to PriceLabs, we have detailed the steps for connecting your Net2rent listings with PriceLabs below.

Importing Net2rent listings in Pricelabs

Step 1: Create a PriceLabs account and add your listings.

Once in your PriceLabs account, click on the upper left gray button “+ Add/Reconnect listings”




A popup window will appear and offer you to choose your PMS within the list. Search for “Net2rent”. Then be sure to check “Allow Net2rent to add listings to your PriceLabs account”. Then click 'Save'.





Step 2: Connect & setup in Net2rent account:
The steps must be carried out in the order indicated.

a. Go to net2rent Integrations section:
First of all, you must be logged in to net2rent and go to the net2rent Integrations section. To access this section, go to the menu Configuration > Integrations or go to the URL https://app.net2rent.com/integrations/



You will find a list in the form of a grid with the integrations previously carried out in net2rent. If the agency has not made a previous integration, the list will appear empty. To start the new integration, click on the “Connect” button at the top.



b. Select PriceLabs from the available integrations.
Once you click on “Connect” a dialogue box will appear with the available integrations. From those that appear, click on the “Connect” button of the one corresponding to the PriceLabs.



c. Setting up the connection to PriceLabs
In the next dialogue box, you need to enter the email address of the account registered with PriceLabs so that the system can identify and link the correct account. Then click on “Connect”.



Once you have clicked on “Connect” the new integration will appear in the list of connected integrations. We will now proceed to configure its parameters.



d. Configure connection parameters.
To configure the connection parameters, click on the “View” button and access the integration detail page.


When you click on 'View', the below screen will be displayed.


First of all, it is necessary to select the rates to be shared with PriceLabs. In the “Rates” section, click on the “Change rates” button.



In the dialogue box that appears it is necessary to select the rate you want to share with PriceLabs, by clicking on the box on the left side of the rate you want to select, then click on the button “Select Rates”.



The rate will be added to the list of shared rates:



Secondly, it is necessary to select the lodgings to be shared with PriceLabs, to do so, click on “Change lodgings” in the “Lodgings” section.



In the dialogue box that appears, you must select the shared lodgings by ticking the boxes to the left of each lodging. Once the desired lodgings have been marked, click on “Select Lodgings”.



Once you click on “Select Lodgings” the lodgings will be added to the list of lodgings shared with PriceLabs.



From this moment on, the selected lodgings and the rates indicated will be shared with the PriceLabs platform for the performance of its functions.

Step 3 : Finish the setup of your listing in PriceLabs


Now you can go into your PriceLabs account, click on “Review Prices” for the listing you want to set up, then set a minimum and base price.

To save your settings, click on "Save & Refresh. When you're satisfied with the rates on your PriceLabs calendar, you can toggle on the sync switches for your listing(s) and wait for our regular nightly sync, click "Sync Now!" to send prices immediately for individual listings or go to the Customizations page to sync your entire account at once.
