How to Integrate PriceLabs with Mapro

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay to Mapro for up to 720 days in advance.

Important Note: Once connected with PriceLabs, prices can only be updated in PriceLabs and would be sent to Mapro, where they can be viewed on the pricing screen.

Step 1: Connecting Mapro to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add Listings" (if there are no listings) or "Add/Re-import Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "Mapro" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Mapro to add listing to your PriceLabs account."
  5. Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Mapro

  1. On the property details page, open the “Dynamic Pricing” tab and select “PriceLabs”. If this is your first time connecting to PriceLabs, select “Create new account” and type in the exact email address used to log into your PriceLabs account:   
  2. If you have already onboarded another property on PriceLabs, just select your existing
    account from the list (for example, “admin@my-property-manager.com” in the screenshot):  

  3. To disconnect a property from PriceLabs, select the “None” option and click “Save”: 

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Mapro account to verify updates.
