How to Integrate PriceLabs with Loomky

PriceLabs can send Daily Rates and Minimum Stay to Loomky for the next 365 days at a time, starting from the day of activation.

Step 1: Connecting Loomky to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "Loomky" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Loomky to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click 
  5. Save. 

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Loomky

  1. To add a Pricelabs account for the first time, go to the App Store section on the left.
  2. Then select Pricelabs, click Add Account, and enter your API Key, account name, and email.
  3. Next, go to the property page. In that property’s App Store, add Pricelabs to the property. Then select the Pricelabs account you want to use, choose the Pricelabs listing you want to link to this property, and click Connect.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Loomky account to verify updates
