How to Integrate PriceLabs with Loggia

When actively syncing with Loggia, PriceLabs can send rates &  minimum stay requirements to your listings for dates up to 540 days from today (for more on extending your pricing calendar see our article here)

Connecting Loggia to PriceLabs from your PriceLabs account

Step 1: In order to connect your PriceLabs account to your Loggia account, log in to your PriceLabs account, click on the "Add your listings" button on your PriceLabs dashboard, select 'Loggia' from the drop down menu:

Step 2: Enter your Loggia API key and the Page ID you want to connect. If you have multiple Page IDs, you can repeat these steps to add each additional Page ID.

Step 3: Once done, you should then be able to review properties and their prices in PriceLabs. 

Please note
1. We import both types of properties which includes Villa/Apartments and Hotels. Hotels will be setup as multi-units with each listing as bedroom type and no. of bedrooms as unit count.
2. Only Parent Rate Plans can be updated by PriceLabs for all the Bedroom types available. 
3. Make sure rates and availability is defined for at least 365 dates from today for all bedroom types in Loggia where you want PriceLabs to send price recommendations.

Rate Plan Offset Adjustments

We can update Parent Rate Plans in Loggia for all bedroom types of a given property. Please note that we need to have a default rate plan for your Loggia property. A default rate plan is the one for which you will see prices in your PriceLabs calendar for a given property. If you want to view the calendar for any other rate plan, you can change the default and view the same. The first time a property in imported, we will select the first rate plan as the default rate plan. 

You can always go to the "Rate Plan Customization" screen to change the default rate plan of your choice. To review your default rate plan and to specify an offset, head over to the “Edit" on the Rate Plan Customization link in PriceLabs.

Refer below screen, where you can select a different default rate plan. You can also specify the adjustment as a fixed amount or a percentage amount to be applied to the rate plans. It has 3 options in the 'Update Type': the "Price and Restrictions" updates both Price and restrictions to the rate plan, the "Price" updates only the daily price, and the "None" skips that rate plan entirely.
