How to Integrate PriceLabs with LobbyPMS

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and extra person fees to LobbyPMS for up to 730 days in advance.

Before You Start

Step 1: Connecting LobbyPMS to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "LobbyPMS" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow LobbyPMS to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.


Step 2: Connect & Setup in LobbyPMS

  1. Log in to your LobbyPMS account
  2. Navigate to Integrations in the left menu and click on PriceLabs                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
  3. Enter your PriceLabs registered email ID, tick the checkbox to accept terms and conditions and click on Activate as shown                                          
  4. Next, navigate to Rooms section and click on Register/Update for the room types that you wish to connect with PriceLabs. 
  5. Update the occupancy details and click on Register.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
  6. Once registered, selected room types will be added to your PriceLabs account as listings.                                        

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your LobbyPMS account to verify updates
