How to Integrate PriceLabs with LiveRez
When actively syncing with LiveRez, PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to your listings for dates up to 540 days from today (for more information on extending the pricing calendar for your listings, see our article here).
Before connecting to PriceLabs, please make sure your listing has a location set, and has initial rates and availability in place. When you're ready, you can connect your LiveRez account by following these simple steps.
Kindly note that we are integrated with LiveRez Ignite. Hence, if you want to use PriceLabs with your LiveRez account, kindly reach out to your LiveRez support to migrate to LiveRez Ignite before connecting your account with PriceLabs.
Step 1. Log onto your LiveRez account and click on the six dots as shown below:
Step 2. Click on Integrations > Inactive Integrations > Pricelabs:
Step 3. You will find PriceLabs in the Inactive integrations
Step 4. Toggle it on to Active > see company ID there > select applicable properties below > Save > Note and copy the company ID:
Step 5. Copy your Company ID then come over to PriceLabs and click the "Add your listings" button. Select LiveRez from the dropdown, paste in your Company ID then click "Connect"
After clicking the "Connect" button, your LiveRez listings will appear on your PriceLabs dashboard!
If you're a new PriceLabs user, head over to our Getting Started Guide to learn about your dashboard and calendar, or join one of our Live Training Sessions for a good overview of the system. When you're ready to send rates to LiveRez, toggle on the sync switches for your listings and wait for our regular nightly sync, or click any of the "Sync Now!" buttons to send your rates to LiveRez immediately. Once a successful sync has happened, you can view your PriceLabs rates and stay requirements on your LiveRez multi calendar.
