How to Integrate PriceLabs with LiveRez

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to LiveRez for up to 540 days in advance.

Before You Start

Before proceeding with the integration, keep the following in mind:

  • Ensure that each LiveRez listing has:
    • A location set.
    • Initial rates and availability configured.
  • LiveRez Ignite is required for integration.
    • If you're using the older LiveRez system, contact LiveRez support to migrate to LiveRez Ignite before connecting to PriceLabs.

Step 1: Enable PriceLabs in LiveRez

  1. Log into your LiveRez account.
  2. Click on the six dots menu.

  3. Navigate to Integrations > Inactive Integrations. 


  4. Locate PriceLabs under the inactive integrations list.

  5. Toggle PriceLabs to Active.
  6. Copy your Company ID displayed on this page.
  7. Select the applicable properties you want to sync with PriceLabs.
  8. Click Save.

Step 2: Connecting LiveRez to PriceLabs

  1. Log into your PriceLabs account.
  2. Click “+ Add/Reconnect Listings”.
  3. Select LiveRez from the dropdown list.
  4. Paste the Company ID copied from LiveRez.
  5. Click "Connect".

Once connected, your LiveRez listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your LiveRez account to verify updates
