How to Integrate PriceLabs with Kunas

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to Kunas for up to 720 in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Kunas to PriceLabs

  1. Log into your PriceLabs account.
  2. Click “+ Add/Reconnect Listings”.
  3. In the pop-up window, select the "PMS / Channel Manager" tab.
  4. Search for "Kunas" and select "Kunas/OTA Sync" from the dropdown.
  5. Check "Allow Kunas/OTA Sync to add listings to your PriceLabs account".
  6. Click "Save".

Step 2: Prepare Your Kunas Account

  1. Log into your Kunas account.
  2. Go to Settings → Marketplace.

  3. In the top-right menu, select the property you want to activate for PriceLabs.

  4. Search for "PriceLabs" in the Marketplace.
  5. Click "Activate", then confirm by clicking "OK".

  6. Select the rate plan you want to sync with PriceLabs.
    • If no pricing plans are visible, choose "Default Prices" from the dropdown.
  7. Click "Save".

Once saved, Kunas will push the rates and availability for all rooms in the property to PriceLabs.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Kunas account to verify updates
