How to Integrate PriceLabs with Jade PMS

PriceLabs can send daily rates to Jade PMS for up to 540 days in advance.

Before you start

  1. You should have Admin access to JadeCaps PMS with Dynamic Pricing permission enabled. If this is not available to you, please contact your JadeCaps account manager or send an email to tech@jadecaps.com.
  2. Properties must have complete location details (city, country, latitude/longitude) before connecting.

Step 1: Connecting Jade PMS to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "JADE PMS" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow JADE PMS to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.


Step 2: Connect & Setup in JADE PMS

  1. Log in to your JadeCaps Admin account
  2. Configuring PL account in Jade:
    1. Open Dynamic Pricing in JadeCaps Admin.
    2. Navigate to Dynamic Pricing from the admin sidebar.
    3. You will see setup instructions and the PriceLabs account configuration section.
    4. Locate the PriceLabs Settings section                                                                                                                                                                                                
  3. Select PriceLabs and enter your registered email. 
    1. In the Pricing provider dropdown, select PriceLabs.
    2. Enter the email address you used when registering on PriceLabs.
    3. Click Save account.
    4. You only need to do this once per tenant.                                                                                                                                                                                       
  4. Connect a property.
    1. Click Connect property.
    2. In the dialog: confirm PriceLabs is selected, enter your PriceLabs email, choose a property from the dropdown, and click Connect & Push.
    3. JadeCaps will register the listing in PriceLabs and send the full calendar to PriceLabs automatically.                                                                                                                                                                                  
  5. Manage connected properties.
    1. Connected properties appear in the table with their listing ID, last push/pull timestamps, and action buttons.
    2. Use Push to manually send calendar data to PriceLabs, and Check Sync to verify sync status.                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your JADE PMS account to verify updates
