How to Integrate PriceLabs with Iloca

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-out restrictions to Iloca for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Iloca to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Iloca from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Iloca to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.



Step 2: Connect & Setup in Iloca

  1. Log in to your Iloca account
  2. Navigate to Tools & Links → Settings (
    Einstellungen) → Plugins



  3. Under RMS Systems, locate and click on Pricelabs



  4. On the next page, set the status as Activates (Aktiviert) and enter your registered PriceLabs email address on the User Token field 



  5. Under Mappings, set the status to Activates (Aktiviert) and set the rate plan for the listings you wish to import to PriceLabs, then click Save



  6. Once connected, your Iloca listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Iloca account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates will appear on Price & Rules under the Prices tab as shown below



    2. Your minimum stay requirements will appear on Price & Rules under the Min. Nights tab as shown below
