How to Integrate PriceLabs with Hotres

PriceLabs can send daily rates to Hotres listings for dates up to 540 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Hotres to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Hotres from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Hotres to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.



Step 2: Connect & Setup in Hotres 

  1. Log in to your Hotres account
  2. Set rates and availability for at least 12 months in Hotres.
    1. This ensures you can review prices for your listings in PriceLabs. Without this, pricing data will not be available.
  3. Navigate to Configuration → Service functions



    1. Locate PriceLabs and click "Next"



    2. Locate Applications and click "Next"



    3. On the PriceLabs page, do these:
      1. Enter your registered PriceLabs email address



      2. On the Rooms section, tick the box for each room you wish to import to PriceLabs, then click "Connect rooms"



      3. On the Rates section, click on the "Send prices and availability" dropdown and select the rates you wish to sync with PriceLabs, then click "Connect rate plan"



      4. On the Reservations section, click on "Send reservation"



  4. Set up Channel Manager in Hotres. This ensures that both prices and availability sync with PriceLabs.
    1. Navigate to Channelmanager Settings Channels



    2. Locate PriceLabs and click on "Settings"



    3. Ensure the following:
      1. Hotel ID is available
      2. Price model is set to "Price per room"
      3. Connection Status is set to "Active"
      4. Then click Save

  5. Once connected, your Hotres listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Hotres account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates will appear under Prices → Availability and prices as shown below:
