How to Integrate PriceLabs with HotelSync

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to HotelSync for up to 720 in advance.

Step 1: Add Your Listings in PriceLabs

  1. Log into your PriceLabs account.
  2. Click + Add/Reconnect Listings.
  3. In the popup window, select the PMS / Channel Manager tab.
  4. Search for Kunas/HotelSync and select it from the dropdown.
  5. Check Allow Kunas/HotelSync to add listings to your PriceLabs account.
  6. Click Save.

Step 2: Activate PriceLabs in HotelSync

  1. You need to activate PriceLabs for each of your property locations in HotelSync.
    1. Log into your HotelSync account.
    2. Click Settings → All Settings → Marketplace.

    3. In the top-right menu, select the property you want to activate for PriceLabs.

    4. Search for PriceLabs and click Activate, then click OK.
    5. Select the rate plan you want to sync with PriceLabs.
      1. If no pricing plans are visible, choose "Default Prices" from the dropdown.
    6. Click "Save".
Once saved, OHotelSync will  push the rates and availability for all rooms in the property to PriceLabs.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your HotelSync account to verify updates
