How to Integrate PriceLabs with Hotel Link

PriceLabs can send daily rates to Hotel Link listings for dates up to 700 days in advance.

See what features work with your PMS. Click here to check which customizations are supported for your platform, so you know what options will be available once your listings are connected.
  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Hotel Link from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Hotel Link to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.



Step 2: Connect & Setup in Hotel Link

  1. Log in to your Hotel Link account
  2. Navigate to Revenue Management → PriceLabs and enter the email address that is registered with PriceLabs.



    1. Select the rooms and rate plans you would like to connect with PriceLabs and click on Save



    2. After clicking on Save in the above step, an additional button — Push Bookings to RMS — appears. Select "Push Bookings to RMS" to push your historical booking information to PriceLabs.



    3. Once connected, your Hotel Link room types will appear as listings in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Hotel Link account to verify updates
