How to Integrate PriceLabs with Hotelizer
PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements and extra person fees for Hotelizer properties up to 365 days.

Before You Start
- All Hotelizer properties should be connected by selecting Hotelizer during the add/re-import process. Do not connect the same property twice by selecting Hotelizer and Webhotelier both - use only Hotelizer option.
- PriceLabs will fetch the property info and reservations data only from the Hotelizer API endpoints. For other data Webhotelier endpoints would be used.
- Child prices have to be managed via WebHotelier only. PriceLabs will push prices only for adults (to Webhotelier endpoints).
- PriceLabs will import only the parent rate-plans (using Webhotelier endpoints). Derived (child) rate plan prices are calculated automatically based on modifiers configured in the WebHotelier platform.
Step 1: Getting the Hotelizer property key
To use PriceLabs, you must contact the Hotelizer Support Team (support@hotelizer.net) and Webhotelier Support Team (support@webhotelier.net) and undergo the interface activation process to obtain an API Account.
Step 2: Connecting WebHotelier to Pricelabs
Once you have the credentials,
- Log in to PriceLabs
- Click "Add Your Listings" or "Add/Reconnect Listings"
- Select Hotelizer and paste the Hotelizer and Webhotelier Usernames and Passwords provided by the respective support teams to connect to your property.
Your Hotelizer properties (each room type as a separate listing) will now appear on the PriceLabs dashboard, ready for customization and syncing.
Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing prices
- Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
- Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
- Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
- Check your WebHotelier account to verify updates
