How to Integrate PriceLabs with Hotelgest

When actively syncing with Hotelgest, PriceLabs can send rates for dates up to 365 days from today.

Connecting Hotelgest to PriceLabs 

Step 1: In order to connect your PriceLabs account to your Hotelgest account, log in to your PriceLabs account, click on the "Add your listings" button on your PriceLabs dashboard, select 'Hotelgest' from the drop down menu:

Step 2: Enter your Hotelgest Username, Password & Pcode while connecting in PriceLabs and Click on "Connect". You can find your pcode under settings>> Account details as shown in screenshot below:

Each Room type will be imported as a listing in PriceLabs, with the room count representing the number of units attached to the Room type. 

Rate Plan Offset Adjustments

We can update non-anchored (non-linked) rate plans in Hotelgest for all room types. Please note that we need to have a default rate plan for your Hotelgest property. A default rate plan is the one for which you will see prices in your PriceLabs calendar for a given property. If you want to view the calendar for any other rate plan, you can change the default and view the same. The first time a property in imported, we will select the first rate plan as the default rate plan.

You can always go to the "Rate Plan Customization" screen to change the default rate plan of your choice. To review your default rate plan and to specify an offset, head over to the “Edit" on the Rate Plan Customization link in PriceLabs.

Refer below screen, where you can select a different default rate plan. You can also specify the adjustment as a fixed amount or a percentage amount to be applied to the rate plans. It has 2 options in the 'Update Type': the "Price" updates only the daily price and the "None" skips that rate plan entirely.

Kindly note that only non-anchored (non-linked) rate plans will be imported into PriceLabs.
