Step 1: Connecting HotelAvailabilities to PriceLabs

1. Log into PriceLabs.
2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose HotelAvailabilities from the dropdown.
   
4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow HotelAvailabilities to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.
   
   
   
   

Step 2: Connect & Setup in HotelAvailabilities

1. Reach out to HotelAvailabilities Support team at support@hotelavailabilities.com to activate PriceLabs for your account.
2. Once PriceLabs is activated for your account in HotelAvailabilities, log in to your HotelAvailabilities account.
   
3. Navigate to Property Channels → PriceLabs 
   
1. Mapping Room Types and Rate Plans
1. Room Types and Rate Plans can be mapped from the Mapping page.
   
2. To make newly created Room Types or Rate Plans available for mapping in PriceLabs, click the yellow bank icon next to the Create button. This sends the latest listing information from your PMS to PriceLabs.
   
2. Important notes:
1. This sync is manual and does not happen automatically.
   
2. Whenever you create a new Room Type or Rate Plan in your PMS, you'll need to click the **yellow bank icon** to refresh the data in PriceLabs before it can be mapped.
   
3. Each Rate Plan has a Default toggle. Only one Rate Plan can be marked as the default at any time. Enabling the Default toggle for one Rate Plan will automatically disable it for all other Rate Plans.
