PriceLabs can send dynamic rates and minimum stay requirements to Host Tools listings for up to 720 days in advance.

Before You Start

Before proceeding with the integration, keep the following in mind:

• Ensure your listings in Host Tools are linked if they exist on multiple channels (Airbnb, Vrbo, Houfy, etc.). This ensures Host Tools recognizes them as one listing instead of multiple.
• Contact Host Tools support if you need assistance retrieving your API access token.

Step 1: Prepare Your Host Tools Account

1. Log in to Host Tools.
2. Ensure all listings are linked across different platforms.
3. In your listing’s settings, select PriceLabs as the price source.
   
   Note: If the Price Source dropdown cannot be changed, please toggle OFF the  "Messaging Only" by going into your listing's settings, scrolling down to the "advanced menu" and untick the box next to "Message Only." 
   
   
   
4. Head over to the API & Integrations section of your settings page and copy your API access token—you’ll need it for the next step.
   

Step 2: Connecting Host Tools to PriceLabs

1. Log in to PriceLabs.
2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager", then choose Host Tools from the dropdown.
4. Paste your Host Tools API access token into the "Auth Token" box.
5. Click "Connect".
   

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
4. Verify updates in Host Tools
