How to Integrate PriceLabs with HostPlatform

When actively syncing with HostPlatform, PriceLabs can send rates to your listings for dates up to 540 days from today (for more on extending your pricing calendar see our article here)

Connecting HostPlatform to PriceLabs 

Step 1: Before starting this process, kindly reach out to HostPlatform customer service team to enable your property, room types and units for connection with PriceLabs. They should also provide you with an access token to connect your HostPlatform account with PriceLabs.

Step 2: Once your properties, room types and units have been enabled for connection in HostPlatform, log in to your PriceLabs account, click on the "Add your listings" button on your PriceLabs dashboard, select 'HostPlatform' from the drop down menu:

Step 3: Enter your HostPlatform Access token and click on "Connect"

Now you should be able to review your listings in PriceLabs. Kindly note that each room type will be imported in PriceLabs as a listing, so that you can review each room type individually. Furthermore, you will be able to sync prices for each room type individually. Be sure to go through our Getting Started Guide or join one of our Intro to PriceLabs Live Training Sessions for a good overview of the dashboard and available customizations.
