How to Integrate PriceLabs with HostPlatform

PriceLabs can send daily rates to HostPlatform for up to 540 days in advance.

Step 1: Prepare Your HostPlatform Account

Contact the HostPlatform Customer Service Team to enable integration with PriceLabs.

The Team will enable your property, room types, and unit.
They will also provide you an Access Token, once you receive it, proceed with steps below.

Step 2: Connecting HostPlatform to PriceLabs

Log into PriceLabs.
Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose HostPlatform from the dropdown.
Enter your HostPlatform Access Token on the Access Token field then click Connect
Once connected, your HostPlatform listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
Set your listing's bedroom count in PriceLabs. Do this for all your HostPlatform listings.

Navigate to Dynamic Pricing > Manage Listings
Look for your listing with the unavailable bedroom count and click the pencil () icon under the BR Count column
Select the correct number of bedrooms, then click the check () button

Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
Check your HostPlatform account to verify updates

Your PriceLabs rates will appear on the HostPlatform Multi Calendar as shown below:
