How to integrate PriceLabs with Hostly

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to Hostly for up to 730 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Hostly to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Hostly from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Hostly to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.


Step 2: Connect & Setup in Hostly

  1. Log in to your Hostly account
  2. Navigate to Pricing and choose the listing you want to use PriceLabs
  3. Click on Who sets the prices → choose PriceLabs → Enter the PriceLabs registered email address and click on Save and Sync

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Hostly account to verify updates
