How to Integrate PriceLabs with HostFlowLab

PriceLabs can send Daily Rates, Minimum Stay, Check In/Out Restrictions and Weekly/Monthly discounts to HostFlowLab for the next 720 days at a time, starting from the day of activation.

Step 1: Connecting HostFlowLab to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Re-Import Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "HostFlowLab" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow HostFlowLab to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click 
  5. Save. 

Step 2: Connect & Setup in HostFlowLab

  1. Navigate to the screen shown below and enter the PriceLabs account email id and click Connect.
  2. Once connected, click on Turn on to turn on the pricing.
  3. If you need to pause the pricing from PriceLabs, click on Pause.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your HostFlowLab account to verify updates.
