How to Integrate PriceLabs with Hosteeva

PriceLabs can send daily rates to Hosteeva for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Hosteeva to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "+ Add/Reconnect Listings" in the upper-left corner.
  3. In the popup window, search for “Hosteeva” in the PMS list.
  4. Check the box “Allow Hosteeva to add listings to your PriceLabs account”.
  5. Click "Save".

Step 2: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Hosteeva account to verify updates

Step 3: Notify Hosteeva Support

  1. Once you have enabled the connection in PriceLabs, please contact the Hosteeva Support Team and let them know:
    1. You have connected your Hosteeva account to PriceLabs and
    2. the email address associated with your PriceLabs account.
  2. Hosteeva will activate the PriceLabs integration on their side. 
Note: The PriceLabs connection will not fully activate until Hosteeva completes the integration setup for your account.
