How to Integrate PriceLabs with HOS Booking

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-in restrictions to HOS Booking for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting HOS Booking to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose HOS Booking from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow HOS Booking to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.



Step 2: Connect & Setup in HOS Booking
  1. Login to your HOS Booking account.
  2. Navigate to Integration. Under Revenue Manager, locate PriceLabs and click Connect.



  3. A popup will appear, prompting you to enter the User ID. This is your registered PriceLabs email address. Then click on Activate.



  4. Navigate to the Price & Calendar menu.
  5. Locate and click on the PriceLabs icon next to each room.
    1. If the PriceLabs icon is greyed out, it indicates the listing is not connected. Ensure all listings are correctly linked for successful synchronization.



  6. On the pop-up, click "Upload as a New Listing" to import listings to PriceLabs. Do this for each room you wish to import to PriceLabs.
    1. [Optional] If you're switching from another PMS and already have listings and rates set up in PriceLabs, select "Import from Existing Listing" instead to pull the existing rates in PriceLabs.

  7. Once connected, your HOS Booking listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your HOS Booking account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates and minimum stay requirements will appear under the Hos Booking Price & Calendar
